Project Terms & Client Guidelines

To keep every project clear, efficient and enjoyable for both the client and Renisence, the following terms apply to all projects.

Project Scope

The quoted price covers only the services, pages and features specifically included in the agreed project scope. Additional pages, features, integrations or major changes may require an additional fee.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the website or final project files are officially launched or delivered.

For larger projects, a different payment schedule may be agreed in writing.

Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions mean reasonable changes to the agreed design or content, not a complete change of direction or redesign.

Additional revisions can be purchased separately.

Client Content

The client is responsible for providing accurate text, images, logos, product information and other required materials unless content creation has been included in the quotation.

Delays in providing content may affect the project timeline.

Project Timeline

The estimated delivery time begins once the deposit has been received and all required client materials have been provided.

Client delays, late feedback or changes to the original scope may extend the delivery date.

Additional Work

Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and must be approved by the client before the additional work begins.

Third-Party Costs

Domain names, hosting, premium plugins, paid themes, stock images, third-party software, payment gateway fees and other external services are not included unless specifically stated in the quotation.

Approval & Launch

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final website or project before launch. Once approved, further changes may be treated as additional work.

Ownership

After full payment has been received, the client receives ownership or use rights to the completed work as specified in the project agreement. Third-party software, plugins, fonts, stock assets and licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the initial deposit covers work already completed and is generally non-refundable. Any remaining work or refund, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed project contract.

Communication

Project instructions, approvals and important changes should be communicated through the agreed communication channel so that both the client and Renisence have a clear record of decisions.

Final Agreement

A formal quotation or project agreement will confirm the exact scope, price, timeline, payment schedule and deliverables before work begins.

Clear expectations create better projects.
